DS014 - Short Dark Shock 3

Jensen does not like humans... Jensen is listening to Hardcore since about 1993.

Being bored by 99% of the output by '95 he decided to do something about this.
Therefore: Producing his own stuff (or trying at least�) on a battered Amiga 500 in Octalizer + Digital Sound Studio 8 (or something) and being supported by Obituary HC, some Pioneers of the German Gabba scene who happened to live in the same town.
Shifting interest from Hardcore eventually to Black/Deathmetal around '97 because the pure speed, rawness and darkness were missing in Hardcore! Jensen lost track of the whole hardcore techno movement for over 3 years! / 2001, move to Ireland Dublin. Getting in contact with the small but dedicated hardcore scene in Ireland. There he met Hardcore Producer Garvan and teamed up with him to unleash LowTek! / 2002, first releases.

Since then, Jensen has released on labels like: Industrial Strength Records, Terror Noise Industry, Bastard Loud, Darkstep & Braindestruction Records. Further releases are underway on Black Monolith, EBE Company, TNI & Special Forces. Style: From slow Doomcore over Industrial/Noize to 800 Bpm Speedcore basically everything! But almost always dark and melodic. / Side Project: Human End (Sophisticated Apocalyptic Black/Deathmetal Speedcore) / Jensen hopes to meet the God of Spiders some day...

DrumAndBass producer since 2000 and DubStep since 2006.
Been really into Gabber/Hardcore in the 90's, discovering
DnB straight after that and was influenced by the darker side from day one.
Using Reason Software for producing everything from dark
DnB and DubStep up to light/liquid Dub as RAkoon.
Ive got a couple of releases on different Labels and Netlabels.

Jonathan Addams (aka K'Teus) has been creating electronic music since the mid 90's.
the K'Teus project was initiated in December2005, taking influence from a wide range of extreme electronica; from gabba, noise, breakcore and dark ambient. After nineteen months of experimenting, K'Teus has now refined a sound of blistering breakcore evil fused with dub and drum and bass wrapped in an industrial coating.

Familiar themes and sounds are warped and twisted into dark, unfamiliar and unsettling ambiences, beats are broken, crushed and mutated. Distorted samples layer throughout the sonic landscape awaiting the unsuspecting tourist.

The influence for K'Teus' music comes from all over, as one may expect from such a project. Sometimes serious, sometimes playful, but always extreme.
